When you purchase an industrial gear unit from SEW-EURODRIVE, you are opting for superlative quality and reliability. Should a defect or technical problem nevertheless arise, you are protected by statutory warranty.

In Germany and most EU countries, the statutory warranty for new units is two years. Different time frames are prescribed by law in other countries. This is your right when purchasing our industrial gear units. Our standard - we offer you longer protection for your drive:

With our +24 packages for industrial gear units, extend the statutory warranty period by a further 24 months to a total of 48 months. The use of your gear unit is legally protected for longer, even if your gear unit is only commissioned once the statutory warranty has lapsed or, for example, if you want to pass your customer’s warranty requirement on to the supplier.
