Help us to improve and report security vulnerabilities to our CERT

Our CERT experts and contacts, who are responsible for the entire SEW Group internationally, are responsible for continuous quality assurance in our company. We rely on your help so that we can protect ourselves and our portfolio against cyber threats in the best possible way. All cyber security reports about the company itself or about a product, solution or service are therefore important and are taken very seriously. Our CERT experts process the reports centrally, manage the internal analysis and initiate the necessary steps.

If you have become aware of a potential vulnerability in one of our systems or if there have been other security-relevant incidents in your company that are related to SEW-EURODRIVE products, solutions or services, please report them to our CERT experts (primary language English). Further details can also be found in our Disclosure Policy.

If vulnerabilities are confirmed, they will be handled by our central CERT for all SEW-EURODRIVE products with digital elements. We publish the resulting updates or other security recommendations to minimise risk in the form of security advisories. It is also possible to subscribe to a newsletter through which we automatically send information on new and updated security advisories for our products.
